Today I helped out and shadowed the sales staff. I was given a lot of autonomy. I went on a test drive with just myself and the customers. It was ugly at first, but as the day wore on it got smoother and more comfortable. Hopefully I get a shot at working in sales more often. I can be a shy person but when I am feeling confident I can really get in the zone. In order to get more confident I need to learn these cars inside out, top to bottom.

The more and more I learn about Quattro the more it amazes me. I love how it's an 20/80 split f/r.

The more you know, the more you'll "think" you can cut corners and skip steps, but as soon as you do, you'll begin to lose focus and do worse. Just stick to the steps and know your cars! Good luck and I wish you the best!
